Wait until you see the rafters stacked on top of the frame. This thing is going to be HUGE!! Lucky Tom isn't in the flight path, he would have to put clearance lights on it and paint it with orange and white stripes.

they have a lot of work to do yet before trusses. they are going to finish those up thursday and have the crane come on friday.

tonite as the afternoon was ending, darlene and i sat out in the shop with lawnchairs and enjoyed the cool breeze and just sat and looked around. we tweaked the location of the door and shower in the mancave.

my grand daughter katy and i picked up nails after dinner to get them off of the concrete so they dont grind them into the concrete.

the rv pad will be between the gazebo and the shop.

i ordered the ceiling light fixtures today and are closing in on what garage doors and openers to get.

soon i will be ready for visitors.....those that have a tool belt anyway.....ha

Great slide show, and WOW, what a building. I'm getting envious. It may be large enough to hold Howard Hughes' blue spruce. Is there going to be a house warming?

I keep telling Tom we need two of the lots next to him for Newell Gurus

That way we could put in 4 or 5 pad sites and just rotate gurus through in the winter

Tom says that is a No Go

and yes, we are having a housewarming once the shop s done. before next spring.

Let me put in my reservation for the barn warming. Cindy wants the top bunk and I want the bottom.
