Soon to be new owner
#1

Robin and I are very excited to pick up our coach on November 11th in Miami # 1528.
The process has been easy and the people are very responsive and easy to work with. Amber has been great and worked well with Robin in April when we spent 3 days there picking everything out that you do in 9 months when building a house.
We put in a fireplace which was a good challenge for them, but we are sure it will be great.
Yesterday, we met Doug Matz who is parked right around the corner from us at Hearthside Grove in Petoskey, MI.
What a beautiful coach they have.
Really looking forward to traveling the country in a Newell and getting to meet other Newellites.

Welcome Steve and Robin to the forum....
With that brand new beauty soon to be in your arms, you may find much of the technical posting prehistoric, but when it comes to other valuable nonsense,,,, We got it all ,,,, You stumbled upon a great group of "Friends", only if you participate in our Rally's you will need to bring your coach "dirty" like after you drove it through Atlanta in a drizzling rain for 7 hours (Been there, done that)... Then while we are doing Tech Talks about old stuff you will have the spare time to wash and wax. Another "Guru" Problem solved !!

Anyway, all aside it will be fun to have some new Newell's for us all to admire..

Welcome Steve and Robin. Photos and details on your coach are always welcome. We love to live vicariously though the purchases of others. Can we assume that your is the almost standard 45'8"?

Doug you will lose the crown of newest coach on the gurus in NovemberSmile. We should make a crown and have it pass to the owner of the newest coach on guru..

It would be a tough crown to keep. It's great to see other new owners joining this group. I have learned so much from all you folks. Oh yea the spy pictures provided during the build you and the others provided was worth 20 times the annual fee.

The "Crown" should go to the oldest "Classic" at every years Rally as keeping a Newell on the road for over 25 years is worthy of a "Crown". The new ones are shiny and sparkly jewels to begin with like the "Crown" jewels.
