I had the same problems on my 81 every now and then, turn on a blinker then go to the back of the coach and wiggle the connectors to the relays.
That was the only problem I ever had was a bad connection, as far as I can remember it never blew a fuse. Paul
Also cycle the emergency brake switch a couple of times to make sure it has a good connection
