Harbor Freight has a Refrigerant leak detector - is this what you are talking about Chester?
Wonder if this would hear water leaks under a slab?

Thanks so much for your help. We did find a leaking solenoid back by the rear six-back. It is intermittent so when we looked before it wasn't leaking but then when the compressor was running non-stop we found it leaking bad. We have had a problem with that one in the past.

I finally got my brake/leveling system fixed - no more air leaks! The system sits at about 110psi for days! The problem was the ‘splitter/relay’ valve and upon replacing, voila! No more air leaks... Now I need to find the schematic for the 12-volt system because the 12-volt pump will run continuously...

Have you fixed your air leak in the potty? That is a direct line off the 12V

I ditto Richard’s comments about air leaks in toilets. I recently found a large air leak in my rear toilet. Initially, I disconnected the air input line and blocked it off to stop the air leak. After careful troubleshooting, I suspected it was within the air/water sequence valve. I carry a spare rebuild kit, and rebuilt the valve. I have to admit 3rd time is a charm to get it right with help from AnnaMaria at Mullaney to fix both water and air issues when rebuilding the valve correctly. Now, all is well again with my air system. Both toilets will be at the top of the list for places to check when encountering air leaks.

The 12-volt system seems to be working fine with no or very small leaks. The dash gauge shows about 30psi so that every time I flush the pump comes on. What do you guys gauges show please?

My 12v air pump has a gauge on it. I have it adjusted to provide 60 psi per Mullaney recommendations. I tried 45 psi and the toilets did not operate correctly, but do at 60 psi.
