I saw this coach a couple of weeks ago at Newell.  I asked Tommy Key about it because it looked shorter that 45'.  I thought it was maybe 40'.  Tommy said that the owner lived in Calf. and was interested in selling it.  He said the owner left it with them for service and had been there for over a month.  He gave me the name and phone # of the owner and that the coach was not locked because the cleaning person had just finished with it and I could go inside and have a look.  Mary and I did and it is very nice coach with a rear bath.  A lot had been done such as new tires, foggy windows replace,  etc.  Tommy said he had just spent about $20,000.00 on it. I liked everything about the coach but the price and the owner called me back the next day and said that it was negotiable. It will make a nice coach for someone that would like a shorter Newell.  We decided that we love our 99 and as of right now everything is working, but there are times I would have liked for something smaller than 45'.
