Chester, thanks for your imput........and I did operate it just the way you say, based on the PO's instructions and Newell's instructions. The problem seems to be that the upper rear pin is not retracting.......I'm working on that now.

Side note, I WAS able to get it in the garage last night by dumping the air in the bags........I had an inch to spare.
