Microphor toilet issues

Bob, My 1993 has an air pressure regulator in the water bay just below the toilet. If I remember correctly you want 40-60 psi. Make sure you have adequate water and air pressure. Air pressure holds the flapper closed to prevent water leakage from the bowl. Push the flapper open by hand and clean the edge of the flapper and the bowl edge where they meet. apply petroleum jelly to that sealing surface. I have gotten parts and advice from these guys:
