I’ll go...in no particular order
1. Take out desk and replace with dual couches
2. TV lift behind one of the new couches
3. Added a roof air to the 4 in the basement
4. External contractor for AC
5. Big handle valve and pipe to dump ping tank
6. New electric blinds throughout
7. Installed rear sway bar
8. New feaux lizard leather on salon walls
9. LED strip for the edge of the big awning
10. Plumbed in coffee pot
