I removed a working motosat sat unit set up for direct tv. It will bring in normal channels but not HD. If you need it or parts from it please contact me.

No typewriter parts, but I do have some blank 5.25 floppy disks ifyou need them

i just actually threw some floppys away yesterday....and strangely enough my kids were looking on craigslist to buy a typewriter to give as a gag gift at christmas....

I remember my first computer with a hard drive, 64MB, man that was huge. Compared to floppies.
Insert floppy, boot up, insert program disc, load program, insert data disc, repeat....

Does anyone remember the first 8088 computer and getting around using DOS? Or am I the only old guy here?

Yep, I outfitted mine with TWO 5-1/4" floppy drives rather than one (of course no hard drive) and had 64KB of memory, double the standard (yes kids that is 64 KB not MB or GB). Added on an amber 13" monitor and splurged and bought a C-Itoh line printer.
