Hmm good catch, but as you say there is not much that does well once you are past that temp on the high side. The low side you should have another source of heat from your aqua hot. Good to know though, for those that want to bake it out in the desert.

Just use the evaporator condensate drain water & spray a mist into the condenser coil.  Cool  Since most specs are perhaps overly optimistic, that unit will probably struggle at 100º.

Mitchell, This is what I used. They work great. I had to drill one mounting hole in the box.

These compressors are very similar to what is installed in Dometic rooftop A/C . I would think a very similar model is still available. As I noted these weren’t identical to the original but installed with only minor modification. I have not bought one recently.
A quick google search for the Tecumseh model # yielded this :
