You impacted our fanily in a big way with such a small thing. The encouragement you gave us when we stayed at your place on our maiden trip home with our classic. Made us feel special like Newell coaches are. Sounds like a 10 year anniversary bash should be in the works. Thanks Tom and Darlene for the example and dedication to excellence you have shown.
