Jack, I’m not sure about that. Most two stage compressors I’m familiar with have a larger primary piston and a smaller secondary piston. My shop compressor is a two cylinder single stage. It is plumbed in parallel like you proposed.

on the Outlet line there is another fitting and a smaller diameter black hose heading off downwards. Where's that one go? Drain?

Also, do you have a part number or sizes for the outlet/one way check valve???

Compressor arrived today. There was a significant amount of clear viscous (oily?) fluid on the bottom of the compressor and in one of the fan housings.

Any ideas???

I thought this was oil-less???

Was the capacitor harmed during shipment? They have a electrolytic type oily substance in them.

Jack.. looks like the cap on the cap is askew! great.. now I need to source one and replace
