Not transfer box problem??? Just as my a/c guy was removing the burnt board...He says " make sure breakers are OFF" Entering the coach the interior lights are not working...Stumbling my way to the rear closet with flashlight in hand...I turn all breakers off.
anyway, not understanding why lights are off (not working) I start looking around...After checking all I could think about. I checked the Volts coming in L1= 120 L2=0
Started Gennny and the same thing L1=120 L2=0
Call around,
My first go to guy- Tuga "call Newell"
Next call Big Mike at Newell, after telling symptoms he say " Inverter"
Next call Ron Skeen "Check transfer switch"
I did and found one side up other side down
However I can't reset so that both stay down!!
Called Mike back at Newell " Thats how they are suppose to work"
one up on shore power and the other up on genney!
He stands on "Inverter is bad"
My question is can HALF OF THE INVERTER BE BAD?
any way to verify?
Good news is that the L1 works the front A/C and refrigerator...
I CAN STILL HAVE COLD BEER AND STAY COOL. in the DARK!!
PS still need A/C board.
