I'm aware of the 24/7 Newell tech line - but does anyone know of a email address they can be contacted @?

Well I had some of their business cards with the email addresses but can't find them now.

Found it. I've never emailed them so not sure how often they check email.

A phone call gets immediate attention..............................email-----not so much

For e-mail issues I usually get a same day response unless it is over weekend. But like Steve, I prefer to talk over type!

This just doesn't need immediate attention - a answer in two or three days would suffice.

Since the time I ordered 8" sch 40 and received 1/8", I've migrated to the written word.

Haha. I once ordered a bilge pump and 4' of hose and yep got 4 pieces of 1' bilge hose!
