For e-mail issues I usually get a same day response unless it is over weekend. But like Steve, I prefer to talk over type!

This just doesn't need immediate attention - a answer in two or three days would suffice.

Since the time I ordered 8" sch 40 and received 1/8", I've migrated to the written word.

Haha. I once ordered a bilge pump and 4' of hose and yep got 4 pieces of 1' bilge hose!
