Looks like I have an extremely rare coach then, a 1986 #86. Won't happen again until something like #2026 in 2026.

I took the VIN from below the steering pedestal and the coach # from the factory prints. Photos of both available. Dec of '85 was on the mfg plate. Is that sounding out-of-line.
I'm told this coach was re powered after a fire near turbo from a hydraulic leak. The factory refreshed the interior about '96. Very close to the drawing from factory. Huge stack of McIntosh hi-fi in owner's cabin...er...bedroom. Whirlpool tub. Crazy options. Going back this week. Might bring the ol' girl some flowers!?

Thanks again Paul. Having the sources for information allows me to confirm several other coach numbers in my database that I didn't not have definitive sources for. Your diligence is greatly appreciated.

Agree with Tom, McIntosh is great equipment. There tube amps are some of the best ever built and if you have priced any lately the market knows it.
