I'm a boater too, and 3M 5200 works great on most anything. A great sealer. Home Depot.

I replaced my bedroom slide seal. It is possible as the bedroom slide can be move into the coach enough to allow access to the seal. It's not an easy job, but possible if you are motivated. I wrote a pretty complete writeup and took lots of pictures. If anyone is interested in doing it themselves, PM me with you email address and I will put together a package of information for you.

is it a flat floor slide or a raised floor?
a raised floor slide is much less hassle than a flat floor slide.

NOW you tell me :-). Lol.
Hope the OP can get the slide working again and sealed up. I did not think about super glue (maybe use the Gel glue) to stop the leak. Soapy water (one drop of soap) in a spray bottle will find the leak...
