Headed back to Japan (the long way) via Europe, US, Hawaii...when I could have just taken an 9hr flight direct from Abu Dhabi...
DoD still can't figure out geography. I'm going to miss my team here at Al Dhafra Air Base but am very excited about getting home to my family. Also looking forward to our summer adventure and another Guru's Rally. My trip should take 4 days and countless re-fuelings but will be a blessing knowing the family is on the other end... I've been following the posts daily from afar and sure do look forward to seeing you guys in June!
