Many Newells came with this alternator setup.  Be advised that it has been reported by a reliable source that this alternator & voltage regulator is no longer being produced.  Penntex has an air cooled replacement available.

i believe they can be rebuilt fairly easily.

the air cooled one is pretty pricey

i hope i wont need one.
