Any details on this coach, and why the repaint

That coach has been sold there I think this will be its 3rd time... old paint job was not attractive. Coach has n=been ridden pretty hard

New paint job was poorly done with lots of runs in paint and over spray. Lots of corrosion coming through new paint job already. The entire bottom of coach is rusted out really bad. Massive after damage to interior since being sold three years ago. Pictures are of three years ago and not present day.
