Brian was driving the Newell home just now and the passenger front tire (new tire) literally flew off the rim. No notice just gone?. Who would we reach out to manage this?

Kim and Brian,
Since you posted here and on FB looking for help, it would be very beneficial to hear two things that would be useful to Newell owners. One, what was the failure mechanism? Most of us have never heard of just losing a tire. How did that happen? How long had the tire been on the rim? When was the last time the inflation pressure was checked? Are you running any kind of pressure monitoring system? What did Brian sense just before the tire departed? And did you eventually find the tire?
And the second topic is how did you find a replacement tire?
