Yes, they do stick up a little.  The awnings on mine mostly block them from showing.  The Maxx Air is tall enough to allow full opening.

The one’s you’ve found do look very interesting.  It will be informative to hear your thoughts on them after install.

Hmm maybe I am thinking of different ones. I think I did put the Maxx fan cover on my Wanderlodge.
