Going to your other thread where you numbered the valves, I think some of the valves you are seeing are just for the coolant filter and have nothing to do with the heating loops.
I think the 3rd valve as you numbered them left to right is for the coolant filter and maybe even the 4th valve is also for the coolant filter. Mine has different T-handle type valves for the coolant filter, but not yours. If you shut off both of the valves 1 and 2 then you shut off what I believe to be both the supplies to the aquahot and to the heater core. Look further towards the back of the bus on the engine you will see another valve that goes into the water pump. The water pump is on the back of the gear case of the engine. Then if its like mine there is another valve up high on the engine just next to the turbo that goes into the thermostat housing.
