How high should my coach ride down the road from the top of the tire to the fender please?
I am at about 3 inches but it seems really low...

Not the place to measure.
Measure from the bottom of the fender flare to the road. Should be somewhere 11 to 12 inches at all four corners as a quick check.

Thanks Richard! If I am low then I would check the Height Control Valve (HCV) setting? Is this something most truck places can check? Can truck places replace our valves or are they ‘special’ equipment from Newell (or similar)?

Nothing special about the HCV.
Yes any decent truck mechanic can set them.
The front one is very very sensitive to adjustments because of the way it uses the rotation of the sway bar to determine height.
