Is there a way to adjust the passenger armrest down?

on my isri, there is a knurled knob on the bottom of the front end of the armrest that you spin to raise and lower it

Drivers seat has that, but passenger seat has no adjustment that I can see. Only thing I can think of is to pull the seat back cover off and there has to be a way to adjust that where it's attached to the seat back, but was hoping there was a quicker fix.
