Since we have a lot of new members coming on board I think it would be appropriate to have a section where new members could introduce themselves and their coaches. The "Howdy and Welcome to Newell Gurus" kind of goes unnoticed. Maybe add a section there titled "Introduce yourself".

I'm not sure the "introduce yourself" section is working. I tried to use & it give a "no permission" message.
