i was at my tire shop getting new front tires on bills coach this week and i asked the shop manager (it is a truck tire shop) about tire dressings. he said never to use anything with petroleum distallites in it. he said the best tire dressing is to use sugar water. i had never heard of that. he said it will look great. but he wasnt responsible for bugs.....

i might try it on my truck to see how it works.

When as Kid worked at "Honest Johnny's" use cars we sprayed sugar water under the hood on the hoses n rubber parts. Oh yea! They were only driven on Sunday by his Grandmother.
