It has wood flooring that was in it when we saw that coach at Newell back in 2007. I have always like it. The cabinet in the salon that makes a desk has a built in rack near the top and looks like it was designed to hold architectural drawings/plans and a work surface that folds out to make a table or a desk. Very pretty coach.

What do you guys think of the price of the coach at $215,500.00 and do you think it to be a good value? Knowing you saw it at the Newell shop makes me feel better about it.
BTW, when a coach is over 10 years old making it more difficult to finance does that have a bearing on the coaches value?

it is just a matter of fact on the 10 year old coach for financing. not sure i have noticed it makes any difference on value.

What I really like about this coach is it being a 3 slide and has 2 in the front. Most 3 slides I've seen have one in front and 2 in bed room. I personally like more room in the front part of the coach.
