Very few 40 or 42 foot Newells made. Very few 47's too!~ I know about #1471 at Newell and it has a walk-in tub, no shower! I'm sure they could add a shower, already added an awning between two slides.

Gary, that one was advertised on October 30, 2014 and sold on or about November 4, 2014. Love that coach.
1505 (a 2015) was the shortest Newell every built with a slide at 39'6". At 40'6", I show five with slides: 616 (a 2002), 652 (a 2003), 724 (a 2005), 748 (the 2005 you listed), and 1471 (a 2013).
