Continuing the trek into the problem.  Mouser queried Panasonic about the sockets, they suggest going to a different manufacturer.  Connector , 0.187 Terminal (Need 3) , 0.250 Terminal (need 2) .  Only two of the 0.187 terminals are used in this specific application.  In the meantime I jumpered in a Bosch style socket and relay which are huge in comparison but will do a temporary repair.  It's currently working but haven't spent much time trying to figure out if it is the connection, socket or circuit board.  I will order those Mouser parts.  They fit into the panel area much better.  Tic Toc
