For anyone looking for my favorite floorplan, the center island bed, in a beautiful coach, Newell has marked down the price on 804, a 2007, from $799,000 to $599,000. That is one of the lowest prices I had seen on an '07. Really nice coach!

Seems like people either love that floorplan or hate it. Several coaches with that floorplan that were for sale didn't sell until they had been deeply discounted. I'm with you guys I like it too.

Tom, actually the previous owner removed the sofa and put in the two recliners. Georgia and I prefer recliners to sofas but I know that is not everyones preference.

OK , Here's the plan....One of you guys win the lottery, Buy and enjoy that Newell for 10 years. By then I probably will be able to take it off your hands for a fair price!!!!
I like the reclining chairs. The benefit of the couch is having an additional sleeping area when needed.
It is a beautiful coach , though...
