Don't know what the reserve is so we don't know if it is cheap or not. He could have a pretty high reserve. It will be interesting to follow the bidding. Some could be turned off by the obvious 'lived in' look but the upside is that the systems get used continuously and if something breaks or need adjustment, they know about it immediately.
