You can tell from a side pic if a Newell has the steering tag. If there is a large skirt with ovals between the drive and tag wheels then its a steering tag. The regular tags are much closer to the drive axle and do not have the ovals on the skirt.

I do not know what year but the ovals went out and led lighting went in the same space. I think it was in 2011.

All is good. Getting ready for our first trip. Going to Twin Mountain NH to see my folks with the family. Need to take two ferries hope the Newell lifts enough for the tides. As soon as I can down load the pics I will post them of the completed model.
