That is dirt cheap. There is a 2009 that is not near as nice as this coach Newell has in Indio for sale at the same price

Is the coach number they have listed a mistake or is this a unique number that means something out of the ordinary?
They have it listed as #M5231.

I think the 40 foot 2013 on Newell's with a Tub is about the same price. Maybe it's the tub!

Motor Homes of Texas has two older coaches with tubs for sale now. Sort of interesting.

That is one I have not seen before. I know it is 45' 8" because all of the 2013's were other than 1471. It is a 2020P body style which means it was in the second half of the model year and was after #1463. Most likely 1470, 1473 or 1474 although it is possible that 1464 and/or 1465 could have also been 2020P's.

Very attractive coach with a eye catching interior. As to the tub, when we were fulltiming, my wife would have killed to have a tub. We had tubs in our three Airstream trailers and she always resented that we couldn't find a coach with a tub in it.
