Newell has reduced the price of #1471, the 2013, 40'6" dual slide with front entry, rear bath to $950,000. One of the few 'short' Newells with slides and the ZF suspension with steerable tag.

Looks like it is only a 1 bath vs a 1&1/2 bath. Nice looking coach.

You are correct. I should have caught that because I have been in that coach.
When you cut over 5' out of a coach, deleting the 1/2 bath is one easy way to get back the space you removed, at least on one side of the coach.

When you were in the coach did you notice if it had a stacked front load washer and dryer? I did not see those listed in the writeup.

I went thru it also, don't recall seeing it.. Floor plan doesn't show one. But I was busy playing with the walk-in bathtub.....

As is, it does not have a washer/dryer. It has the outside vent door and it is pre-wired and plumbed for a future washer dryer in the large double wide pantry between the pull-out pantry and the dinette.
