I tend to agree, comes with all new tires. It's at Oak Hill, FL about 3 hrs from where I'm at, thinking a road trip may be in order....

Sold today for $64k without new tires. Not all tires needed replacing. Sounded really nice. We just missed it.

Paul, over at MOT Jason mentioned that they do have local banks that will do financing on older coaches (depending on credit). You could try to ask him. Or maybe Newell?
