Hello everyone! You may recall that I was looking for help to inspect coach 511 in Dallas. I did that today, and the coach is pretty awesome. I'm now looking for a mechanic to inspect 483 in Des Moines, Iowa, owned by Duane and Rhonda. I think I will then decide between the two. Can anyone recommend a mechanic in Des Moines? As always, thanks for your help.

Sorry, Michael. I had the coach number wrong in the original post. I have updated it. I believe it is coach 450, for sale on rvtrader. http://www.rvtrader.com/listing/1998-New...-113978305

I believe that is coach #483.

I have seen multiple coaches listed as coach "450".  I guess they are assuming that if it is a 45 footer, it is "450".   For anyone who is interested, #450 is a 1997, single slide 45' 0".



Anyone in the Des Moines area that can help out Tammy?

Tammy the coach number is the last 3 (or 4 if a newer model) numbers of the VIN. So this would be #483 and looks similar to #486 which we just sold. Pictures look nice and price seems ok, should be a bit of room to negotiate.

We looked at this coach last year. He was asking $180k at the time which I thought was too much. But it drove good, sounded tight, and looked clean and well kept. We did not have a mechanic look at it though.
