Well as life sometimes has it, I sold my Newell

, but it's going to a really nice retired couple in New York. They bought it to spend the winters in Arizona (he mentioned something about it being real cold in the Buffalo area during the winters).
Owning a Newell has been fun and quite the learning experience, one I will not forget anytime soon.
I'll suggest he join this group, as it has been invaluable to me, and I will continue to read up on the going-ons around here.
Thank you all for your help.

Well, I take it back, it's not sold.
When the buyer actually saw it, I think he realized it was much larger than he thought and since it would've been his first motorhome, didn't feel comfortable that he had enough experience to safely drive it.

The EBAY sale has ended (2 June 2017, @ 9 PM) and the last (of 28) bids was for $36K.
This beautiful coach appears to be now sold (I can't tell if the reserve was met or not?).
If it did sell for $36K I'd say:
the buyer got that coach "dirt cheap."
The comps had me believing it would be sold in the $55K - $65K range.
Is there anyone out there that has "their ear to the rail" know/speculate:
Why
is it such a low "Buyers Market" for Used Class A Coaches right now????

That ad seems to be showing up in different Craigslist's all over the country and I know for certain it is a scam since I didn't do it.
