Michael, I think that's the old Pennsylvania ad that is showing as sold. Per my view, the NV ad is still active.

Right you are, the one at the lower price is now marked sold but the one for $549k is still active, just not the one for $410k. Seems that if you can't sell it at $410k, raising the price might not be the best move.
