Love the floorplan...interesting one-sided dinette. I'm always shocked that few Newells seem to have double sinks in the main bath, but this one does.

Technically, not actually a bath and a 1/2 coach; there is no loo in the rear master. In looking at the build sheet, however, I see it was pre-plumbed in the master closet area (north of the shower) for a future toilet.
