Yesterday, my digital key pad showed all numbers red and nothing worked. Called Newall, and they suggested first try a resent since to replace the keypad is a big deal. In my 2001, I removed the fuse #17 in the bedroom for about 5 minutes. Reinstalled the fuse, and WOW, the key pad now works again. You may want to keep this note for future reference, I sure have done so.

you can also reprogram the code. i didnt know what mine was when i got it, so i reset it and put in a code that i could remember.
