1999 Coach 525 for sale
#1

We're putting our coach up for sale because I have accepted a new position with the NPS that requires us to live in a house on site. It is a beautiful and well loved coach that has a lot of updates and a well documented maintenance history. It has been a great coach for us and we have kept up on all of the necessary maintenance throughout our ownership.

Since we have owned the coach we have done a few large upgrades such as installing new General HS2 16ply tires on the tag and drive axles, replacing the original Aquahot with a new unit from John Carrillo (HeatMyRV.com), replacing the original inverter with a Victron Multiplus II 3000W inverter/charger and upgrading the Amana refrigerator with a new stainless LG French Door model.

I would like to see this coach go to someone that will continue to take good care of it. We're willing to negotiate on the price as I'd like sell it before we have to move, but if for some reason it doesn't sell, we'll be placing it on consignment with a gentleman in Phoenix.

Here is a link to a Google Docs that has more photos and walk-through videos of the entire coach:

Hi Tyler, You have a beautiful Newell Coach.  Do you know who you purchased the coach from?  We read on social media that it has more than one NASCAR connection.  My wife uses our washer/drier a lot-does it have one?  What is the condition of the exterior paint?  Richard Cole

Thanks, Richard. Yeah we got to know the previous owners pretty well. They purchased the coach in 2018 and took excellent care of it during their ownership. I don't know much about it's ownership history prior to the people that we purchased the coach from.

The coach does not have a washer and dryer.  There is a large closet in the rear bathroom that could fit a washer and dryer, but I don't know how easily they could be installed.

The exterior paint in in beautiful condition.  We wash and wax it regularly and apply a ceramic sealant periodically.

Thanks for your questions
