Should not be 20v on the DC side, where are you measuring it? Maybe you have the 24v AC mixed up on the relay at the AH? You may want to check the fans themselves, I had one fan under my couch that would not work. Thought the motor was burned out but turned out it was just stuck with dog hair inside of it. cleaned it out really good and its been working fine.

After many months fighting with these old SCS units, completely rebuilding them and paying LOTS of $$$$$ to have them refurbed and a LOT of work on them myself I think I have come to the end of my rope… I am down to one compressor running half-way decent in front and nothing in the rear… I am now thinking of replacing the units with a DUCTED mini-split AC so I don’t have to put a condenser inside the coach and it all looks ‘normal’. I’m worried about how much CFM/ESP? (still learning about it) I will get out of the units and which unit you guys would highly recommend. Being ducted narrows down the field quite a bit… I will be able to fab up the ducting needed but not sure how the unit will fit with the condenser/everything underneath. I would like to keep one SCS (probably the rear unit) and then eventually replace it also.
