Now that I have my glasses and can read the micro font on my phone, let me try again. Leave the. Brown wires alone. The orientation of the purple wires does not matter as long as you follow the schematic. The critical part is the orientation of the switch when you reinstall. Keep the original orientation of the high low switch for obvious reasons. Now on the new on off on switch, it is a personal preference. In the middle, jakes are off. In one position you activate off of brake, and in the other you activate off of accelerator. I oriented the switch so that forward on was accelerator. A being for accelerator. And the rear position was brake. So for me A forward and B rearward. Seemed logical to me at the time.
