The way to tell when a Newell has the steering tag is to look at the fiberglass fender between the drive axle and the tag axle. If it has several oval mirrors between the 2 axles it is a turning tag.

I don't know how many of you have had a chance to drive a turning tag axle coach; it is amazing! I was able to drive one a few years back. Pat Dwyer took me for a test drive. And if I could have afforded one I would have purchased it that day!
