the blower for the dash air is fairly easily accessed in the rt front bay where the generator blower is. it is in the plenum in the right hand side of the bay. you could just take it out and see what it is.
as for the compressor, it should have some markings on it. they used fairly standard compressors, but quite a wide variety of them.
i will say that on my 90 (that had the same dash air setup you have) that i never got it to work for very long and when it was working it was fairly dismal compared to the dash air on my 02. i finally after spending close to a grand on it, i gave up and just used the coach aircons.
