it is also a nason. then for sure i would just take it out and plug it for now. all it does is confirm that you have enough air in the system to float the air bags as required and turn the travel light on. when you unplug the wire the default says it is ok. and you know if you have enough air in the system by looking at your gauges on the dash.
mine was plugged for years before i replaced it. no issue.
