Tony, if you search my name, Chester Stone, for a posting on 04-05-2023 with air-force-one as the subject, you will find five photo postings related to installing the unit. On my coach, I did not have to get under the coach except to connect to air lines under the back bumper area, and if yours is similar, you will not have to go under the coach.
