I live in MO and have a salvage license, so I took a little trip and took a real close look at it. The roof really isn’t damaged. It is just the air conditioners that need to be replaced. I walked away from it without bidding because it wasn’t winterized and froze. Manifolds and pipes burst galore. It would be a complete re-plumb. That, plus the ridiculous bidding ran me off. Too bad, it was a nice, unique Newell.
