Thanks so much for all the information, we still trying to figure out where we stand. Unfortunately, Holland bus company is kind of ghosting us. No, I am not paying for any of this. This is all on the seller. I’m only trying to get everything taken care of before the end of the month as my schedule from the beginning of October to the end of the year is pretty tight and I’m not interested in trying to get the coach out of Detroit in the dead of winter. I live in Idaho, and ended up just getting tickets that are refundable. I understand what everybody is saying about having the coach at a facility that can’t even source parts locally, but it was not my choice and at this point, the coach is stuck there with a burnt up and disassembled tag axle and and not much we can do. It seems like the owner is pretty upset with the facility at this point (understandable) and I’m not sure how much good it does for him to call.
I’m kind of at a loss, I would like to call and see what I can do to help get the parts to them, but because of the relationship they have with the owner, I am afraid of doing so.
